PEA07 Fundamentals of Petroleum Project Economics Who Should Attend: Project managers, engineers, explorationists, field accounting supervisors and other personnel who need to develop or improve their skill and understanding of basic economic analysis and profitability of petroleum exploration and production. Learning Expectations: In this course participants are taught the fundamentals of how to estimate project costs, the actual worth and profit/loss analysis before the project is embarked on. The course also covers contractual arrangements, which can significantly impact the economic viability of a project. Participants will learn to practice cash flow techniques for economic evaluations and investigate frequently encountered situations.
