The Petroleum Oil and Gas Industry For Non-Experts Who Should Attend: Technical and non-technical employees, support staff that require a basic knowledge of industry operations, accountants who analyze oil and gas companies, petroleum industry financial analysts and investors, sales personnel who market products and services to the industry. Learning Expectations: This course provides a comprehensive overview of the oil and gas industry from upstream exploration and production, midstream gas processing and transportation, to downstream refining, sales and marketing operations. It provides a good understanding of the role of oil and gas in the energy mix, the value chain functions of exploration, production, transportation, refining and marketing, how crude oil and natural gas are discovered, produced and transported, how crude oil and natural gas are transformed into useful products, how the major business drivers impact strategic decisions.
