Essential Negotiation and Leadership Skills Who Should Attend: This program is designed for individuals who wish to develop the two key personal skills required of successful oil and gas managers and supervisors: Effective leardership and Successful Negotiations. Learning Expectations: The program begins with
an in-depth look at: The Elements of superior Management and Leadership,
including Motivation; Managerial Styles; Organizational Climate; Goal
setting and Action Planning; and Leading Change Methodology. It then
examines the Essentials of Positive Negotiation, focusing on the Process
of Positive Negotiation Developed at the Harvard Negotiation
Workshop-key objectives; interests; options; standards; people;
alternatives and closure. The sessions integrate various forms of
learning including simulation, presentation, discussion, case studies,
small group work, and assessment.
