blending techniques, technology and cost/benefits. A variety of topics
are covered including gasoline product specifications; latest
specifications, components and additives, ultra low sulfur fuels, impact
of MTBE phase-out, ethanol blending, blending equipment, control and
optimization techniques, quality assurance, environmental impact of
various gasoline specifications, blend performance monitoring and
troubleshooting and other material. Case studies are used to illustrate
the relative importance of each aspect of the gasoline blending
operation, together with specific exercises.
