Petroleum Critical Incident Management I & II Who Should Attend: This program is a must for those petroleum oil and gas industry personnel involved in safety or emergency response and critical incident management. Learning Expectations: It covers how to prepare for and deal with emergency situations, including how to identify strategic operating risks, and develop policies, procedures and plans to meet or mitigate those risks. Topics covered during this course include strategy and planning, logistics, insurance, documented contingency plans, hydraulics modeling, underground blowouts, shallow gas blowouts, case histories, firefighting (including mechanics of oil/gas fires and control), blowout surface intervention methods, relief wells, and incident management and critical alliances.
